Sean is a military retiree with over 28 years of health and fitness, clinical, and leadership experience. He has performed as an Army Master Fitness Trainer, senior Healthcare Administrator, Primary Care and Cardiovascular Physician Assistant (PA), and Physician Assistant Program Administrator. Sean has served as the director of workplace wellness programs, weight loss programs, and preventive health initiatives to keep people healthier, happier, and more productive.
Gerri has over 25 years of health and fitness, clinical, and leadership experience. She has served in multiple positions as senior Nursing Administrator and has been a certified personal and group trainer for more than 15 years. She has competed in and won figure competitions and has launched and directed workplace wellness and weight loss programs.
